Planning, Monitoring, and Control Mechanisms

Preparation of project plans incorporating mandatory milestones such as TSI and EN 15085, resource allocation, and budget management.

Risk and Change Management

Management of design changes (ECR, ECN) and certification risks; collaborative development of risk matrices with customers and internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management and Project Communication

Project coordination and reporting with Ministries of Transportation, TCDD, operators, manufacturing companies, and Notified Bodies (NoBo).
